Ronnie's talk of soon was three years in the future, and a lot had changed in those three years. Park Hye named her after the heroine of the last movie. Alice and Butch also moved in together, living next to Ronnie in room number 33. Hearing his sister's urgent call outside the door, Ronnie reluctantly stepped out. The City-state train was only for City-state insiders and their relatives. There weren't many people on the train when the siblings boarded. "It took less than an hour for the knight train to arrive in Tecoman.
"That fast!" Alice said in surprise, "I should have known I'd come alone, back then we had to travel for months to get to 'Shire Town'."
There was also a very small cluster of city-states near Tecoman, with only thirty or so city-states. The siblings left the station and walked for another hour before arriving at East Floating Street in the city of Aesira, the siblings' hometown. They were back after fifteen years. Ronnie remembered Uncle Subaru from his childhood, he and Alice discussed it, and the two decided to go to him first to ask for information. Using their childhood memories, the duo soon found Uncle Subaru's house. They were greeted by Subaru's son, Jules, who was not friendly with the siblings. He told them that his father had died four years ago, and that his father had given him a letter to give to Ronnie and his sister before he died. Jules went back into the house, took out the letter, and handed it to Ronnie. Ronnie opened the envelope, which wasn't sealed, and took out the letter, only to see that it was covered in strange writing, an encoded script unique to the Watson family that only Ronnie could read. His mother had taught him when she was alive. As soon as he saw the letter, he knew that it had been left to him by his father, he felt that the letter could not be deciphered for a while, and after expressing his gratitude to Jules, he left with Alice. The siblings found a secluded spot and Ronnie began to read the letter while Alice, unable to read a word, could only stand by and wait. After three hours, Ronnie finished the letter. She asked anxiously, "What does it say?"
Ronnie laughed, "Sister, I'm probably the only one in the world who can read this letter, and if anyone else tried to decipher it, it would take years."
"Tell me what's in it, don't brag about yourself here, it's annoying," Alice gave him a blank look.
"The letter was written by Dad, it says here that if I'm as smart as he thinks I am I'll definitely be able to read this letter, he said it was written in 2636 and that if we see the letter we go to a place called 'Bernal' to find it and leave a mark on the highest point there and someone will get in touch with us."
"Ronnie, have you ever heard of the name 'Bernal'?"
"I've heard of it, it should be more than five hundred kilometers from here, near the city of Yin, we'll take the City-state train there."
At that moment, Alice felt for the first time that it would be good if she could implant an Enlightenment Chip, otherwise she would be as stupid as a fool, not understanding anything. The two of them boarded the 'Knight Train' and sat down. Alice asked, "Ronnie, does it hurt to have your chips implanted?"

The siblings waited in the town for over a week, but no one contacted them, and they began to grow impatient. Ronnie leaned over to Alice timidly. He couldn't understand why his father was being so secretive. The two of them stood there for about five minutes when a small hidden door opened to the left. Alice pulled him towards it. Straight ahead, more than twenty steps appeared, down the stairs, the two people down the stairs, and then through a long corridor, and an iron door appeared. Pushing open the iron door, a man stood inside with his back to them. "You're here at last!" he said.
Alice exclaimed excitedly at the sound of the voice, "Daddy!"
The man turned his face, and to Ronnie's surprise, a man even younger and more handsome than himself appeared in front of him. And he was the siblings father, Elliot, Alice saw this familiar face and ran over eagerly, the man patted her lightly on the shoulder, "It's been over twenty years Alice, you've grown up too.”
Ronnie had never seen his father, the feeling wasn't as strong, he looked quietly at a younger than his own handsome man and couldn't say the word 'dad'. He did not speak, his father opened his mouth first, "I hope you do not blame me, I was sentenced to nine years by the city state, and then they used various excuses to lock me up for three years, after I was released from prison, the city state sent people to follow me all the time, and it took me several years to get rid of them. Later I left a letter for you and built this base here, I knew about it when you first came to town, I was afraid that there were people from the city state following you, so I watched in the dark for a few days and then confirmed that it was safe before I came out to meet you."
At this point, the calmer Alice opened her mouth and asked, "Dad, why are the City-state people following you?"
