"Does anyone live here?" Glo asked.
"Yes, someone comes every week to clean the house," Margo replied.
A few people entered the house, it was quite clean, there was a table and some simple household items, there was also a portrait of a man on the wall, below the portrait was a line that read, "Look to the stars, the light is coming."
Ronnie was shocked to see it and exclaimed casually, "You're from the Nine Stars United?"
"Nine Stars United? what's Nine Stars United?" Margo asked curiously.
Ronnie pointed to the writing on the wall, "This section is their slogan."
"That's such a cheesy slogan, why is it everywhere? and it is engraved on 'Bira coins'," Amandine interjected.
As soon as he finished, Margo glared at him.
"What? can't I express myself?"
Margo didn't want to pay attention to him and continued to explain to Ronnie, "These are the words of the head of our organization, Mr. Curry."
"What is the name of your organization?"
"I'm sorry, I can't tell you that right now."
Ronnie's brow furrowed as he listened, and he thought to himself, "It seems the Nine Stars United likes to be sneaky right from the start."
Amandine, however, was on fire without a name, he said angrily, "I rescued you, you still want to keep it a secret at a time like this, piss me off and I'll send you all back."
Some of the girls took a step back in fear when they saw Amandine getting angry. Glo wasn't happy either, she looked at Margo and asked, "So you're saying that wanting to join the City-state is all a lie?"
"This ... listen to me, why don't you think about joining us?"
Glo's heart became even angrier when she heard this. She turned her head and asked the other three girls, "What do you think?"
One of them said, "We were supposed to follow Margo out."
Glo then pointed to a taller girl and asked, "What about you, Menani? are you the same?"
Menani nodded, "Margo said you were more special and told us to listen to you first."
Norforth heard this and was disappointed, "Glo, forget it, people have their own opinions, let's go."
But Margo said, "You guys wait before you go!"
"What? do you still want to keep us here?" Amandine asked.
Ronnie was already feeling bad and called out, "Watch out, someone might be coming, Amandine, be ready."
Amandine looked out the window and sure enough there were six men in the distance coming that way. He immediately drew his dagger and then grabbed Margo by the throat, "Don't move or I'll stab you to death."
The other three girls were so scared that they all ran out with a "Whoa!"
"Hurry and hide behind the house or this place will be surrounded," Ronnie warned.
Amandine escorted Margo back out as well, the other said, "Don't get them wrong, they just came over to meet you guys, no offense."
"Then why didn't you tell us before?" Ronnie asked.
"I was afraid you wouldn't come, so I didn't say anything," Margo explained.
"You were afraid we wouldn't come, so you tricked us into coming, didn't you?" Amandine asked angrily.
"I heard Glo say that you were all people with means, that's why I asked you all to join our organization together."
Ronnie's four hid behind the house and soon the men reached the door of the room. Seeing that no one was inside, one of the thick-lipped men asked the three girls who had just run out, "Where are the people?"
Menani pointed to the back of the house and whispered, "They're all hiding in the back, and they're holding Margo hostage."
"Why? do they have something to complain about?" Thick Lips asked.
"They thought they were tricked."
Thick Lips nodded as he called to the back of the house, "My friends, we just wanted to come by and say hello, nothing more, so please release Margo immediately," as he said this, he waved his hand at the other five men, who each drew their guns and then leaned toward the back of the house. Now that Margo's mouth was covered by Glo, Amandine had long since become invisible. He saw the men pull out their guns and thought to himself, "I'm sure they don't have good intentions."
He also pulled out his Ice Needle pistol and carefully leaned against the wall. When a few people approached, he fired immediately. He was afraid of being hit by the other party's random shot, so he fired and changed his position. Thick Lips saw the two people around him lying down for no reason and was surprised in his heart, "What's going on? do these people have witchcraft?"
Another person fell, this time it was his own. He suddenly felt a wave of dizziness, lying on the ground. The other three looked at each other and saw the fear in each other's eyes, and they turned and ran together. Amandine went after them and shot each of them in the back. He came out and ran to the back of the house and said to Ronnie's men, "They're all shot down by me, come on out!"
He ran back into the house and got ropes and tied up all six men. "Dad, what should I do with these guys? kill them all?"
"You wake them up and I'll ask them questions."
"Good!" after saying that, he walked over to Thick Lips and slapped the other man left and right in the face a couple of times, "What's going on? sleeping pretty good."
Seeing that he didn't wake up, Amandine went outside and brought in a bucket of water and poured it right over him without saying anything. Thick Lips woke up immediately, he realized that he was tied up and shouted sharply, "What do you want?"
"Let me ask you, what is the name of your organization?" Ronnie was still trying to figure that out.
"Why do you ask that?"
"You talk a lot," Amandine couldn't resist slapping him again.
The thick lips looked much more honest after the slap, "Our organization is called the 'Illuminati'."
"What is your purpose?" Ronnie asked.
"To promote science and justice."
"No wonder you're always talking about 'the light is coming', that's what it means," this time it was Amandine who spoke.
Margo hadn't expected the ones who came to be so useless, and they were all captured within moments. Her face was deathly pale and she looked at Glo with a begging look, the other three girls had long since fled after seeing the few Thick Lips defeated.
Ronnie then pointed at the Thick Lips and said, "Amandine, take this person and release him when we are safe, don't worry about the others, they will wake up later on by themselves."
"This is too good for them, at least take what they have with them as compensation for us," Amandine said and went to search the pockets of the clothes of the six people. Ronnie didn't stop him, he thought that if some of his own people got caught, they would definitely end up in a worse situation than this. Amandine searched a total of more than two thousand shillings, he was overjoyed in his heart, "Great, this is faster than selling a car to get money."
Several people escorted Thick Lips out of the wooden house. As they walked across the wooden bridge, Thick Lips suddenly broke free of Amandine's restraints and jumped into the lake.
"What should we do? should we bring him back?" Amandine turned his head to ask a few others.
"Forget it, let's get out of here!" Ronnie said.
They picked up their pace, Glo still holding Norforth's hand. Amandine was jealous when he saw this and sighed mentally, "Why can't I find a woman to have a baby with?"
After walking aimlessly for almost half an hour, "Where are we going now?" Glo asked.
The crowd stopped as well, "We're wanted criminals now, we can't stay in this country, so why don't we just go to the island of Aldabusha? ” Norforth suggested.
"To get there we need a boat, now we have no money and no boat, I think it's better to split up, you and Glo in a group and me and Amandine in a group, we'll make money and develop the members of the City-state, and we'll meet back here in two years," Ronnie said.
"Why can't I be in a group with Glo?" Amandine said unhappily.
Glo immediately protested, "I'm not teaming up with you."
"Why?"
Glo laughed, "You're too aggressive and want to kill people every time you move."
"Okay, then you have to be careful and we'll meet again in two years," Norforth nodded in agreement.
Looking at Glo's far away back, Amandine had mixed feelings inside, "After two years, Glo's child will be born, right?"
"Dad, where are we going?"
"We're going to Arusha, it's over three hundred kilometers from here."
"How are we going to get there? it's not going to be on foot, is it?it's so far, it's going to be exhausting."
"I decided to split up with Norforth because I didn't want to get my hands tied by him, you can go grab a car."
"Ah! you talked so grandly that 'the City-state is based on honesty, you can't break the rules,' so it was all a sham?"
"If I were like you, would Norforth still respect me?" Ronnie laughed.
"Dad, you're still being hypocritical."
"Norforth is the founder of the City-state, so of course he needs a decent style. I don't need to go down in history, the bad guy will be me, if I do things with a lot of worry and fear then the City-state can't be built."
"Why don't you want to go down in history?"
"I've read a lot of history books and the name 'Ronnie' doesn't appear in any of them, maybe I wasn't supposed to be in this era."
"Is my name in the history books?" Amandine asked curiously.
"Your name comes from a member of the Grand Council of Elders at the beginning of the founding of the City-state, which I assume was you."
"Father, why are you helping the Grand Knight like this?"
"I just wanted the City-state to be founded, without it there would be no later sister and me, and certainly there wouldn't be you either."
The two were walking and talking when they saw a car parked on the opposite side of the road and Amandine pointed at it, "I'll just take this one!"
"Wait! let's see what kind of car it is first," Ronnie said.
"I'll sneak over there first, if it's a girl's car I don't want it."
Ronnie nodded, "Okay!"
Amandine went over and waited for over ten minutes and the owner still hadn't shown up. Losing patience, he smashed the window and honked furiously. A short time later, a big man rushed out, and when he saw the window being smashed, he cursed, "Which son of a bitch smashed it?if I know ..." Before he could finish cursing, Amandine gave him a shot and the man fainted on the ground.
The car was semi-automatic and there was a steering wheel. Ronnie and his son got into the car, set up the navigation, and drove to Arusha.
